As a Philadelphian, Penn has a new respect for the city and the homes in the various neighborhoods since becoming a real estate agent for Berkshire Hathaway, Fox & Roach as a part of Kim Whetzel's recently formed team. Growing up in Chestnut Hill, Penn has a love of the neighborhood, knows his way around and a genuine desire to keep learning about the area and the homes within. Teaming up with Kim, who has more than 20 years experience with Berkshire Hathaway and it's preceding companies, has provided a wealth of knowledge for Penn to break into real estate as a sales associate, with ease and confidence.
